Troubleshooting:
The LED indicators makes trouble shooting a breeze. If it doesn't work normally, please try following steps:
Step 1: Check if the wire end connected to the right binding post.
Step 2: Check if the driver installed correctly.
Step 3: Check if the settings correct or not, including the cable EEPROM and application software, and etc.
Step 4: Unplug the USB cable from PC or laptop, plug it again. Or try another USB port. Or try the cable on other computer. Or restart the computer, and plug the USB cable.
